Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By using the TangoJamcom website, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

A contract will not exist between you and TangoJam.com until your order acceptance confirmation has been sent to the email address you specified when you made your order. TangoJam.com reserves the right not to accept any order.

1. Prices

Price information displayed on the TangoJam.com website is subject to change without prior notice.

2. Download Usage

License information for the sheet music on TangoJam.com is available on the download page for each piece of music.  Where the license is not specified you may use your download for personal use, and may perform it in any venue (subject to performance rights restrictions in your area) but may not re-distribute the music in any form.

3. Returns

If you are unsatisfied with any purchase from TangoJam.com you may return it within 30 days unless otherwise specified.  Musical instruments may only be returned withing 5 days of delivery.  If the return is a result of our error we will even cover the return shipping charges.  Certain items, like CDs may not be returned once opened (unless defective) for copyright reasons.  All products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition.  Any product returned with obvious signs of wear will be subject to a restocking fee ranging form 15-50% depending on the item.

5. Refunds

If you have trouble with your purchased products, please contact us and we will either help you resolve your problem, cancel your order, or refund your payment if we are unable to resolve the problem. TangoJam.com shall then have no further liability to you.

6. Jurisdiction

All purchases from TangoJam.com are subject to United States Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States courts.
